The 90-Day Planning Toolkit is a practical planning framework for merchant owners, directors and managers who want a short, deliverable plan rather than a long document that is never used.

It takes you from the handful of things that genuinely matter over the next quarter, through to named actions, owners, dates and a simple review rhythm that keeps the plan alive.

HOW IT IS USED

  1. Set the starting point

    Record where the business is now and what has changed since the last plan.

  2. Choose the focused few

    Use the priority worksheet to reduce your list to the priorities that matter most this quarter.

  3. Define what success looks like

    Give each priority a plain-English measure of success.

  4. Agree the actions

    Break each priority into actions with an owner and a date.

  5. Review and reset

    Use the weekly and monthly review sheets, then reset at the end of the 90 days.
